So, I had wanted to get everything updated again... but then, my husband's (Chris) grandfather died, so we ended up having a family emergency and having to go home... find a dog sitter from our dogs, and fly back home. It was nice being home. I forgot how much I miss Cleveland. And of course, it was great to see family.

So, the plan is ... to update The Great Escape, All My Defenses, and You Might Die Trying... soon. I also have a new story out with AlwaysMerDer (Laura) called Icicles... check it out.. .it's on the the Grey's McBoard.

And I'm working on a Post 4.10 fic... Kingdom Come. Lots of writing. Apparently I like to write.

I should get back to work... I wish I was watching Enchanted...

So. It's been... awhile. I mean... a long time. But, I'm still here... still writing. I'm currently working on Chapter 15 of You Might Die Trying (finally) and then it's time to go through the cycle again..

So, I have to say... tonight I went to my 3rd Patty Griffin concert - and if you don't know who she is, you should check her out on iTunes.  She is absolutely amazing.  Probably my favorite artist... EVER.  She is just that amazing.  There are no words to really describe her live.  She is just fascinating.  Her sound, her voice, her music abilities, everything... is just incredible.  You haven't been to a good concert until you've seen her live.  Her music just touches your soul... the way she sings, the intensity of which she sings... all of it.  She is the best female singer/song writer out there.  If you do end up checking her out - try ... Older: Let Him fly, Long Ride Home, Rain, Chief, Forgiveness.  Newer: Top of the World, Useless Desires, Love Throw A Line, No Bad News, Trapeze, Stay on the Ride, Burgundy Shoes, and Kite Song.  Seriously, check her out... she inspires me.

That's all I really wanted to say tonight... along with I'm working on updates for all stories.  So be on the look out. 

With that said... I am going to go rock out to Patty.

So... I've been unpacking... every day for the past 4 days... and I'm tired of it.. but we still have so much more to go.  I have been working on this update for All My Defenses every night... trying, like I promised, to get it up there, but every night I pass out from exhaustion.  Hopefully, tonight I'll be able to finish it. 

I'm just so tired and in a weird mood... and worried about my dog.  Not to be disgusting, but she had a weird colored poop today... and I'm hoping it's from a bone she had... my husband seems to think it is... we are waiting until the morning.... I mean things can turn your poop different colors.  I tried googling it... but there wasn't too much out there on it.  Anyway, now you're probably all disgusted... but my dog, Daisy, she is seriously like a child to me.  She is 100lbs... but she isn't fat... she's just a big yellow lab... and I love her to pieces... oh well...

back to trying to get this updated.  My new story... which I have also been working on... might come out soon.. we'll see...I want to get more done this time before I post it anywhere. 

So... I decided that having a journal might be a nice thing to do.  Things are still pretty crazy in my life right now.  This past week was very productive.  My husband, Chris, and I got a bunch of stuff done in our new house, and today makes the first day that we have had internet (which happened to take a lot longer than usual to hook up to my airport, but whatever).  It was rainy here today... which makes for a lazy day, and we are waiting for the rest of our stuff to get here on Monday before we can really do anything else with our house... but we have a bed, which is always nice.

Anyway... I started this journal to post my Grey's Anatomy fanfic a little bit more out there.  I just updated You Might Die Trying with Chapter 9 on www.fanfiction.net - the link is posted if you'd like to take a look.  I'm hoping to update my other three stories - The Great Escape, Trapeze, and All My Defenses sometime next week.  And, I am in the process of starting another story that is basically my version of Season 4, seeing as how I was so disappointed in season 3.  So look for those...

That's it for now... I'm going to go revisit and revise some chapters... and then who knows what.
